This app collects responses like "Exactly Like Me" or "A little Like Me" to a set of 30 questions such as "I finish projects that I start." The responses are then emailed to a recreational therapist to calculate a social skills score in four areas: Conflict, Trust, Influence, and Self Discipline and used to form an assessment.
